Emily Hartstone is a founder, strategist, and operator building runtime authority infrastructure for enterprise AI governance. She is the founder of Runtime Authority Control and CORTHEM under the Hartstone Institute umbrella and the author of the Runtime Authority book series. She founded From the Hart Management LLC as the client services firm within her broader ecosystem, where strategy and execution work is delivered directly to clients.
That governance work sits on an operator's foundation: hospitality management, fitness and retail operations, and nonprofit and association leadership. Emily ran real organizations long before she built the infrastructure that governs automated ones.
